The Xero Beautiful Business Fund is a NZD$750,000 fund offered to Xero customers in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, the UK, and the US. The fund is designed to help businesses grow and thrive by providing them with the financial resources they need to invest in their future.

To be eligible for the fund, businesses must:
- Be a current Xero customer
- Have a clear vision for the future
- Demonstrate a commitment to using Xero to improve their financial performance
The fund will be awarded to businesses that are judged to be the most deserving. The winners will be selected based on a number of factors, including the strength of their business plan, their commitment to using Xero, and their impact on the community.
The fund will be awarded in four categories:
- Innovating for sustainability: Businesses that are using innovative technologies to reduce their environmental impact.
- Trailblazing with technology: Businesses that are using technology to improve their operations or customer service.
- Strengthening community connection: Businesses that are making a positive impact on their community.
- Upskilling for the future: Businesses that are investing in the training and development of their employees.
