NexVue, a founding Acumatica partner and developer of software solutions and services, has been acquired by Net at Work, North America’s largest provider of next-generation digital operations platform technology solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This acquisition significantly expands Net at Work’s Acumatica Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business. It adds some of the most experienced Acumatica professionals in the industry to the Net at Work team.
The acquisition follows the September 19, 2023, announcement that Net at Work received a growth investment from private equity firm Lovell Minnick Partners. The investment amount was not disclosed, “The investment from LMP will provide Net at Work with significant capital to pursue acquisitions and make growth investments in the business.”
NexVue was founded in 1988 by Dan Schwartz, a CPA.
Dan was one of the first to develop and introduce add-on solutions to packaged ERP solutions and eventually sold or licensed these solutions to Microsoft. These solutions were sold to over 2,000 Dynamics users. The company also developed a BI and dashboarding solution that Microsoft licensed to sell with Dynamics.
After deciding to focus exclusively on Acumatica, NexVue became a founding member of the Acumatica Partner Advisory Board and has been a finalist for the Acumatica Partner of the Year and ISV Partner of the Year awards. Their client, Fabuwood Custom Cabinetry, was named the Acumatica Customer of the Year in 2018, and their developers led the winning team for the 2019 Acumatica Hackathon.
